Pinecrest Housing was established with a clear and purposeful ambition, to play a meaningful role in addressing the affordable housing shortage within our community. Recognising the increasing difficulty many individuals and families face in securing safe and reasonably priced homes, we created Pinecrest Housing to deliver practical, long term solutions. We take pride in building our own homes, enabling us to maintain strong standards of design, sustainability and value for residents.
